1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the xpk777 platform ("xpk777", "we", "us", "our"), accessing any part of the website at xpk777.net, or placing any wager or bet through our services, you ("Player", "User", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any supplemental policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this website.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the xpk777 platform and close your account. Continued use of xpk777 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Where multiple accounts are detected, xpk777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and retain any balances found therein.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xpk777 account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

3.4 Account Closure

Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances not meeting applicable wagering requirements will be removed prior to withdrawal processing.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your xpk777 wallet in real time upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking hours to reflect during normal business hours. The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 100. xpk777 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the xpk777 withdrawals page. xpk777 does not charge platform fees on any withdrawal. 4.4 Currency

All transactions on the xpk777 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xpk777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion required for USDT TRC20 transactions will be performed at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Errors and Technical Faults

xpk777's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. xpk777 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of such unavailability.

11 Amendments to These Terms

xpk777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, xpk777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notification on the xpk777 website or via registered email address, no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory authority.

Your continued use of the xpk777 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using xpk777 and close your account before the changes take effect.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern the resolution of that dispute. The date of last update is indicated at the top of this document.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xpk777 is licensed to operate. xpk777 operates under international gaming licensing standards and complies with the requirements of its applicable gaming licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through xpk777's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified by xpk777's licensing authority. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
